many years ago.
Does anyone remember getting the “bigfoot” pizza from Pizza Hut?
This sort of reminded me of those square slices, but it’s very thin…with almost a saltine cracker like crust.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of warm water
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
- 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers)
Instructions:
1. Make the dough: Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated. Add flour, salt, and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
2. Let the dough rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
3. Prepare the filling: Mix pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese (if using).
4. Assemble the rolls: Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center, add toppings, and fold the dough into a half-circle or a rectangle shape. Seal the edges.
5. Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
